Q: Can I edit/cancel my order?
A: Due to rapid processing (shipments in 12 hours), changes are unavailable after submission. Please review carefully!
Q: Can I add items to an existing order?
A: No – orders are processed immediately. Place a new order for additional items.
Q: Why did items disappear from my cart?
A: Items aren’t reserved until payment is complete. High-demand pieces may sell out during checkout.

Q: What if I provide the wrong address?
A: We’re not liable for incorrect addresses. Parcels returned to us incur a reshipping fee. Verify details before submitting!

A: Couriers attempt delivery twice. After failed attempts, the parcel returns to us. Contact the courier directly using their “unable to deliver” note.
