We gladly accept exchanges for online purchases when:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, with original tags
- Returned within 3 days of delivery
- Accompanied by your invoice and exchange reason
(Excludes accessories, BOGO free items, and altered pieces)
✨ Special Note for Promo Purchases:
BOGO items? Only paid pieces can be exchanged within 15 days.

- Pack items + form + invoice

- Value Note: If the item was discounted post-purchase, coupon reflects sale price.
